I’m a licensed clinical psychologist. I have been licensed in the state of Texas since 2009. I treat adults in individual psychotherapy.
I am committed to evidence-based, compassion-focused and process oriented approaches to help people build meaningful and values-rich lives. I understand it can be difficult to openly and honestly share one’s most personal thoughts, feelings and experiences. Therefore, my goal is to always provide an open, warm and respectful environment where psychological work leads to Self-knowledge and psychological growth. It can be life changing to learn psychological tools that help you skillfully manage life’s struggles.
My goal is to help you gain insight into what really matters to you. Learn tools to skillfully adapt to life’s challenges, live more in alignment with your values and ultimately cultivate a rich and meaningful life. We will work collaboratively to help you achieve your therapy goals. My approach is process based and always tailored to meet your individual needs.
